Review - AMG :
The success of the Four Seasons' latest Top Ten hit single, "Working My Way Back to You," at the start of 1966 may have taken the team by surprise, since this rush-released album borrowed three tracks from the group's previous album, The 4 Seasons Entertain You. The other eight tracks, however, were fairly good representations of the Gaudio-Crewe pop formula, not their best, perhaps, but still enough to make a good album. And album closer "Everybody Knows My Name" indicated that Crewe and Gaudio had been listening to the Bob Dylan-inspired folk-rock wave. (Released as Philips 201 in January 1966, Working My Way Back to You was reissued on CD by Rhino in 1988.) ~ William Ruhlmann, All Music Guide
