t.A.T.u. is a Russian duet formed in 1999. The group's sound varies from rock to dance, pop, and electronica. Much of their early success was based on their lesbian image, however they said that their sexuality was just part of the group's image at the time, and that they were not actually lesbians. t.A.T.u. represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2003. |
