Slowdive Album: “Morningrise”

If you can get your hands on this gem then by all means do so. This is one of those must have CD's in anyones collection that is into the short lived genre of music known as Shoegaze. This one is a a must have. Swirling, spacey, trippy music, with awesome female and male vocals. I had the chance to catch them live and it was a show that will live with me forever.

Swirling guitars, soaring vocals & silent drums all melting together to produce a beautiful noise... This is music to listen to on a sunny summer afternoon watching the sun go down - absolutally beautiful....

This is Slowdive's first album. It is very good. Ironically, the song "Slowdive" is the best of the bunch. Rachel does most of the singing on this one...
