- Great set list for Easton fans...
I suppose I am writing this to counter the previous review by M. Vanderhoef. To that writer I have to ask, have you ever heard the saying: "If you have nothing good to say, keep your mouth shut?" If Ms. Easton was "not such a great singer," how, I wonder, did she win the talent contest that brought her to America in the first place. How, I wonder, did she end up with several very successful albums and tours. What Vanderhoef refers to as a shrilling voice is respectfully known as a "Soprano" to people who truly appreciate and actually know a little bit about music. Sure, I love Sarah Brightman, Johnny Mathis, Barbra Streisand and many other of the "great voices," but to dismiss Sheena as untalented and not a very good singer is, well, only something someone who knows nothing about music would say. By the way, how is your voice, M. Vanderhoef?
I say, "Go Sheena!"

- Best of the early years, plus some rarities
This is a very nice collection of Sheena Easton's early years. There are tracks from her first four albums here, including most of her hit singles from those albums.
What makes the collection even better is the inclusion of a number of rarities. Songs like "Paradox" were originally only issued as B-sides of singles, although they were later included on "expanded" editions of her early albums. Better yet are the two 1979 demos included here, "I've Got the Music In Me" and "You Light Up My Life," both of which are previously unreleased in any form.
This collection is an absolute must for any big Sheena Easton fan, and for the Sheena newbie, it's a good way to get the best of her early years without having to seek out all the albums.

- Sheena Easton-Not such a great singer
This Cd and all of Sheena Eastons Cd's prove why she is not a valid force in the music industry today-she always lacked talent and most people today can not stomach listening to her shrilling voice. Most people in the industry do not like her because besides her obvious lack of talent she has a reputation for being less than nice-in fact a word starting with "c" comes to mind.Dont waste your time or money on this has been never should have been so called singer...
