- Prince's Best
Why is this song not on any of the Prince best of or greatest hits CD's as this is one of the best songs he every recorded.
I was hunting for this one for a very long time. It is a collectors item.
Just get it if you can.

this is by far one of the best singles ive heard in a long time and the Remixes are actually good! Maybe its because prince remixed them himself lol. You got Funky you got beautiful you got erotic and you a great pop song turned into an oooey gooey ballad of RnB. Years ago I had this cd, lost it and bought it again just recently. Prince is a my musical go to in most instances along with a few other brilliant artists like Teena Marie, Maria Carey and Janet Jackson. This cd is seven different versions of The Most Beautiful Girl In The World and is very well done. Prince was stepping out on his own during his contract dispute with Warner Bros. The Flutestramental is my personal fave followed by Staxowax. - It's OK.
I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting when I bought this (as I am a Prince completist), but it's a pretty one note gathering of remixes and different versions of the song. I would suggest it for anyone who wants one of everything Prince has released, and probably no one else. |
