The Liverpool Oratorio was McCartney's first full-blown foray into classical music since The Family Way in the 60s. Once you get past 30 years of pop music and realize what you are listening to, it isn't that bad. Eventually you even start pickup up on the pop sensabilities of Paul McCartney within the conservative confines of classical music.
Having said all that, this single is just two cuts from the Oratorio. No unique material here. Unless you are a die-hard completionist, spend your few cents getting a used copy of the whole thing.
Nice songs though.
