- Review By a Philippine Nena Fan Who Understands German
This is the platinum edition of the album 20 JAHRE NENA: NENA FEAT. NENA. The main difference between this blue platinum edition and the red original release of this album is that the platinum edition contains the album version of the Nena and friends( i.e. Joachim Witt, Udo Lindenberg, Sasha, Ben, Jasmin Tabatabai, and Helga Schneider ) song "Wunder geschehen" performed for the "Red Nose Day". The original release contains the earlier-released Söhne Mannheims Ragga Mix--Radio Edit of the song "Carpe Diem", which was originally released in the single CARPE DIEM. Although I did not purchase this platinum edition of the album, since I already purchased the original release of it, I did manage to purchase the single NENA AND FRIENDS: WUNDER GESCHEHEN( RED NOSE DAY ), which contains the following tracks:
1. Wunder geschehen( Red Nose Day Radio Version )
The second track is what is found in the platinum edition of this album, but the single provides the bonus of the radio version and the enhanced video of the song, aside from a completely new and original Nena song "Ich lieb dich immer noch", which I really like! So far, there is no other way you can get this song except through this benefit single.
As I very highly recommended the original release of this album, so do I now also very highly recommend to you this platinum edition of this album, if you can really appreciate wonderful music.

- Nena Like No American Would Recognize !
I was a kid when Nena first hit the shores of the U.S. with the mega-pop hit, 99 Luftballons. An amazing feat considering Nena sang the original in German! Unfortunately, that's the only song that Americans recognize of Nena's long career. But I've recently rediscovered Nena through this CD. I actually prefer the new versions on this CD to the originals. Best tracks for me are "Fragezeichen", "Leuchtturm", and "Irgendwie, Irgendwo, Irgendwann". The remake of 99 Luftballons is great too, but you'll find songs even better than her signature song (in U.S., at least), and the fact that it's in German does not make any difference. The German language never sounded so sweet even though I don't understand a word of it.

- its the best
This is truly an awsome cd. I love it a lot. I think that Nena is just a great artist. I mean, she is one of the only artist that I can honestly say that I love every song on the album. Its really good. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is my new favorite CD! I love it, and I take it with me everywhere! This is Nena at her best, and I am so happy I purchased this item. If you are a Nena fan, you should, too.

- One of the BEST
20 Years NENA, a must have for anyone who listened to her first tracks 20 years ago. The lyrics are the same the but the music is new and up to date. I can only recommend the CD, but if you can get the 2 Disk DVD, you will have a three hour long concert which is one of the best ever.
