Working with a wide array of producers including Tommy Sims (CeCe Winans)and Anson and Eric Dawkins (Tyrese), Williams is subtly more up-tempo than on her debut. The Brazilian-flavored "Purpose in Your Storm," the snappy urban bounce of "The Incident," and the mid-tempo strut of "My Only Love Is You" all point to an artist with a considerable amount of self-assurance. Not surprisingly, Williams is never far from the roots that extend back to her day job in Destiny's Child, thanks to the harmony-soaked ballad "I Know," (featuring cameos by group members Beyonce Knowles and Kelly Rowland) and "The Movement," a sultry number penned and produced by Beyonce's little sister Solange. As a nascent Broadway star with her turn in Aida, Williams also reveals her knack for ballads, with the breathy "15 Minutes" and the uplifting testimonial "Rescue My Heart."

- AMAZING

Michelle Williams first attracted my attention when she first joined the group in late 99'. I wuz impressed, just like B and Kelly said in an interview, at the raspiness and uniqueness of her voice, and from then on I have been loving her. Her virst album wuz great, but I would have preferred less appearances until she haz established herself az a great solo artist, which she clearly doez with thiz album. I have the original Do You Know album, but I bought thiz re-release because everyone kept telling me how great Good To Be Here and Amazing Love were, and I see where they are coming from. It haz been 2 yearz since thiz cd came out, and I still listen to it all the time and just leave it on repeat. I love Michelle Williams and Destiny's Child and I will continue to love all of them until I die or they do.

- michelle is great!

i think she is so underestimated!....i wish she would have released an r&b album 1st because gospel records arent really promoted like mainstream albums and they really only appeal to almost the black community but im glad she's releasing an r&b album soon so she can show the whole world what she is about! and many may disagree but michelle is the most talented member of DC she is the only one that can sing live and sing exactly as she does in the studio...im sure you all know that kelly rowland sucks at singing live and beyonce is okay i guess but most of the time when singing live she uses this deep unflattering voice so that just proves that they(kelly and beyonce) do little tricks and tweeks to make their voices sound like they do in the studio....im sure they use the tuning box to the maximum! but yea ppl say michelle cant sing or w/e but i think that is b/c they only know her from DC and yea when singing next to kelly and beyonce who have similar voices as far as tone goes of course she's gonna sound like she cant sing b/c her voice is like the complete opposite of theirs and yu can fill michelle when she sings even though her voice is sweet and all...for instance beyonce does alot of riffs and things but as hard as i try i can never feel her when she's singing (screaming) is very generic and mediocre...so yes this is a must buy album!
