Although this live album could work as a "best of" album, reuniting some of their best songs to that date, it also hints at what Mecano was going to become in the next years. With this album they reached the level of professionalism that was going to be evident in their next albums, specially "Entre el cielo y el suelo", an iconic album for all spanish pop.
For most latinamerican fans, this was the album that introduced us to Mecano (unless you were lucky enough to have friends in Spain who could send you cassettes). The most impressive theme is "Aire", a song that even today is covered by many spanish pop bands. For us who were kids in the 80s, it was a real shock to hear such unprecedent levels of poetry in a pop band.
This cd is very rare and hard to find, unless you live in Europe. A cousing of mine still has it on Vinyl (originally purchased in 1986). And even those days, it was hard to find. I was lucky to find this cd here in Amazon at a good price, and I have no regrets.
