Mariah Carey Album: “Fantasy [2 Tracks]”

I like this single a lot and I think it's still one of her best RnB songs she's ever sung. But I would like to ask where is the dub mix called "FANTASY (Sweet Dub Mix) it's very nice and I've heard the full version before. You can hear a sample of it in short version on her album "DAYDREAM". It's track 11 "Daydream" Interlude (Sweet Dub Mix). It's just over 3 minutes. But has a Spanish touch to it. Over all the single which is this is simply club smashing. Especially the DEF CLUB MIX if you in the mood to get your butt shaking in the night. Give this one a listen and you'll see!

This is an absolutely amazing song! I already had the album version but I got this for the remixes and I was completely not disappointed! The 'def club mix' is long but really great and the three versions of the 'bad boy' mixes are really cool too. I'd have to say my favourite tracks are 2 and 5.

This by far the best Mariah Carey single and the first single of her's I ever purchased! This song made me a fan and compelled me to buy her music. She can sing so good and the remixes of Fantasy are awesome! This is pretty much her most popular hit ever! Fantasy is such an up tempo, up beat track that you just can't sit still to. This hot single is guaranteed to add some joy to your day! A must have for any music lover or true fan of Mariah. I think everyone should have this in their music collection even if you aren't that fond of Mariah Carey. Get this today!

In my opinion, this is where Mariah's hip-hop side really started to come out, not with "Butterfly". This was the start of her tradition with having a hip-hop remix of her songs plus a rapper, so this is a significant single for Mariah, and probably her best. All tracks sample Tom Tom Club's "Genius of Love", which is one of the best club-bangers of the 80's. If you haven't heard it, go listen to it right now.

1. FANTASY (ALBUM VERSION) - This is the main pop version from the "Daydream" album that you all know. Reminiscent of "Dreamlover".

2. FANTASY (BAD BOY FANTASY) - The Bab Boy remix with O.D.B. that actually contains the chorus of track 1 (after the remix chorus - which is the bridge of track 1).

3. FANTASY (BAD BOY WITH O.D.B.) - The most popular remix pf this song. The is the version that's featured on "#1's" and "The Remixes" that everyone has heard.

4. FANTASY (BAD BOY MIX) - This is the Bad Boy Remix that doesn't feature O.D.B.

5. FANTASY (DEF CLUB MIX) - An 11-minute house opus by David Morales that changes as the song progresses and features the "Genius of Love" sample in the middle before speeding up again. A very interesting club mix.

Mariah's "Fantasy" is da bomb!!! the remixes which follow it are tight...with odb. i like the one best with the refrain because it sounds more like the original song that way. now that we have morpheus, limewire etc. i would reccomend downloading this song. if only they had that [song downloading] when i bought this cd back-in-the-day.
