- Blown away!

I love this CD! I was expecting some cheesy girl pop/wannabe rock. Instead I found a masterful sound collage of textures and influences that really flows. The combination of lovely vocal harmonies floating over heavy-duty electric guitar, heavy drums and dark effects works! I heard some sounds reminiscent of Jimi H., the Beatles, Pink Floyd, and weirdly enough, elements of R & B. This CD has depth, intelligence, is finely crafted, and after a good listen, one just "feels good"!

- Psychedelia + Female Harmonies = Ecstasy

Brilliant album.

The instrumentation is simple--but profound. Chiming, distorted guitars and reverb; dark and broody, then light and lilting. Imagine Jimi Hendrix on REALLY SERIOUS drugs. All this, along with a large, insistent tambour-like drum.

And the vocals are superb. Wonderful 2-part female harmonies: graceful, chanting, lyrical, but also screaming and energetic and wild.

Very unusual and haunting.

Imagine a cross between Enya and early Jefferson Airplane.

Super!
