I just love this song. I like it even better than No Air. I already own it from iTunes and from the album I purchased, but my collection just would not be complete without the physical version as well.

- POP MASTERPIECE!

I love this song! It's pure pop perfection! At first the song starts off really soft, but midway it explodes with soaring, aggressive vocals. Battlefield is so catchy and it gets better and better with every listen. Definatly buy this song, you wont regret it!

- Miss Sparks is back!

This song has 'hit' written all over it. Wonderful vocals, wonderful production along with a wonderful concept! Jordin Sparks is back!

- "Go and get your armor" BEFORE listening to this song.

I'm not a big fan of Jordan Sparks to begin with but there are PLENTY of singers I don't really care for whose talent I still respect and when I hear one of their songs I can see how it would appeal to people. This is NOT one of those songs. I heard this song performed by Ms. Sparks on American Idol. It has an INCREDIBLY ANNOYING chorus (Love is a battlefield. A battlefield. A battlefield. You better go and get your armor) which is this all I remember about the song because Ms. Sparks takes said horrible chorus and beats the rest of the song to death with it. The rest of the song could have been wonderful and life-changing for all I know, but no one would never know it. Because love is a battlefield. A battlefield. A battlefield. And I better go and get my armor. That's all I can remember. Because Ms. Sparks said that about 80,000 times. This song is awful. If anyone puts on this song to listen to, run away and never speak to that person again. Run! RUN!!!

- Jordin's Weakness

There is no question about the lackluster somgs that honestly have came out from the former American Idol contendors. most of them have honestly have felt weak as a mouse, and just didn't feel like they've had the drive home. That honestly has been the case with past winners like Ruben Studdard, Kelly Clarkson, and even Jordin Sparks. While she has had a few rough turns last year, including nearly losing her voice from overstraining, she has gotten herself back on her feet. However, I honestly think that she needs to have better songs. Battlefield, the title track from her sophmore album is honestly a lackluster waste on my ears to listen to. I wasn't really impressed with the song at all. It really didn't feel like it was a home run, and instead left the voice feeling like it had delivered a foul ball. I really think Jordin should get better songs than what have came out. Her sophmore album should try to score better than this did. This Battlefield feels like it has been burned out.
