- Don't waste your money

Don't get me wrong, the content of the single is pretty good, but you don't have to buy it, if you like the songs, they're all on the "G sides" album that you can buy for almost the same price. The single is just for big fans.

- Great remix!!

I have to admit, I'm not a huge Gorillaz fan. Neat concept, but the music just didn't do a lot for me when I heard them. That said, I was blown away by the SoulChild remix of 19/2000. I play it constantly, and cannot get it out of my head. It is soooooo catchy, you will not believe it. I would love to see this version hit radio, it would be a smash. To me, it is a great song for summer, driving in your car with the tunes cranked up.

- Good stuff!

The Gorillaz single came into my possesion on a recent trip to the UK, i had heard the track "Clint Eastwood" in the states and was eagerto hear more of this unique musical innovation: Gorillaz. The band's music is like that of no other band... fresh, up-beat, unique, and fills all the other aspects of music i enjoy. when one sees the music video and realizes that the characters are really the band, it is so much more unique. plus, the humor of the band is british and therefore, extremely blatantly funny. i enjoyed it, if you like gorillaz, you will too

- Get the Cool Shoe-Shine!

The GORILLAZ newest single, 19/2000, hit stores this summer. While listening to it, I was amazed at its contents - each track was completely different from the other, providing variety on even a small CD single. It has a little something for everyone, whether you like rock, soul, dance, hip-hop, or pop. I think that this little album is a true work of art that is rarely found in today's pop music.
