This interview disc focuses on the post-{$Spice Girl} era in {$Geri Halliwell}'s career, specifically on the release of her first solo album. The interviewer is not particularly strong and the conversation often journeys to the banal, but {$Halliwell} is intelligent and poised, and she comes across as charming and relaxed.
