This is a very good collection! First of all, it contains many of Donna's classic hits like Love To Love You Baby, Bad Girls, I Feel Love, On The Radio and She Works Hard for the Money. But what makes this collection special is its rather unusual selection of non-hit tracks (but they are excellent choices), like Walk Away, I Do Believe (I Fell In Love), Need-A-Man Blues, and Winter Melody. "Master Series" shows off the many sides of Donna Summer, and is definitely a worthwhile album to have! You won't be disappointed
Donna Summer's is One of the Most slept on Artist's Ever to me. she was more than Disco. she incorperated many styles into her Musical soup. she had the church in her voice with a smooth presentation of R&B&Dance Grooves that had cool Pop Production. like other Great artists who seemingly make it all look so easy Donna Summer hasn't gotten her full due because she was mainly seen as a Disco Artist, but if you listen to her voice¬ice how well her material still holds up after all of these years then you have to acknowledge her impact on Popular Music. in truth there hasn't been anyone else quite like Donna Summer. she has range for days.
