- IT'S NOT FOR SHOW, BUT FOR REAL!!
so, she posed. she's hot, why not. our country is a little messed up, but i don't think that posing nude is really resorting to anything... her body her choice... we love the music though, right? so... on with it.
okay, firstly... the guitar sliding during the verses is hot. i really like the sound. her imagery and lyrics are fabulous as always. her voice sounds good. i wonder sometimes if she's just too creative for the record companies? verse chorus, verse, repeate chorus. she's got the formula, but she insists on giving more. she's been around for a while, keep it in mind. she's exploring still. and she stays quite true to herself in her songwriting, evolving an already close to perfect talent.
i did hear the news today that the world is ending, and that's why i am saying what's on my mind.
i anticipate the album. i hope she keeps the sound, i'm looking for a follow up to "deborah" or "moonchild." MYOB didn't really do it for me - though it was good. she clearly can do better.
she's good. you can't tell me she's not. i'm done listening. i've had enough examples. she's a good artist. that's it, that's all there is to say. she does well at what she does. end of story.

- Deborah as good as ever
Question: Why do the media, and people in general, have Deborah stuck in a time warp? (Not even Tiffany has to go through this.)
She is no longer the 16 year-old girl singing "Only In My Dreams" and long gone are the days of "Electric Youth." What will it take to get people to see that she is a 35 year-old woman whose music and producing have grown considerably over the years?
As a dedicated Deborah fan (she'll always be Debbie to me), it took me a long time to digest the fact that she wasn't going to sound like "Out of the Blue" or "Electric Youth." Seeing that she's only 5 years away from 40 reinforces that point.
I'm not crazy that Debbie has bared all for Playboy but, hey, that's her business. Don't like it? Don't buy the magazine. (I know I won't.)
I'm glad to see Debbie putting out new music. Her fans will buy it and love it just like we have been all these years.
Any young woman wanting to get into music should use Debbie as their role model: She has been in full control of her music career - from writing to producing and everything else in between - since she was 15 years old.
Record company creation she was not and will never be!

- FAN TAS TIC even in Scotland !
This is the first release from Deborah in ages and it is a great song. It is not offensive in the least. The only thing I was dissappointed about was expecting 2 tracks onthe CD but only getting 1 ! But its still worth having !

- She has done it again...Great song, hoping for a full Album
This is a great song from Deborah Gibson. Although I don't understand why the other reviewer was offended due to the lyrics. Hi, guess what, maybe this isn't a song for teens, why would you assume that it is? Deborah is and adult making grown up music now, kind of makes your argument silly. Anyway, great song, very fun and free and strong. It's all there, wonderful vocals, great piano, sure to be classic Deborah. Keep up the great work. Everyone open your mind and give the music a chance, it is well worth it.

- Worth the purchase
While I wouldn't call "Naked" a groundbreaking song or her best song ever, it is well worth purchasing. Over Deborah's 20+ years recording music, she has played around and experimented with various sounds and styles. "Naked" is a pleasant addition to her cateloge. "Naked" sounds earthy and raw and is sung with sincerity and conviction. While I think that technically Deborah's a better broadway singer than pop singer, it''s her conviction when singing the pop songs that make her pop music so great.
