First up - this is a single, not an album as indicated. There is no track listing above but I assume it is the British import which features the tracks:
1. Don't Wanna Lose This Feeling - Radio Version
2. Don't Wanna Lose This Groove
3. Goodbye Song
4. Video (Enhanced Video of the single)
This latest release from Dannii is the fourth fine single in a row and surely must be starting to show her as a serious competitor to her more prolific sister Kylie. "Don't Wanna Lose This Feeling" is a fantastic track, but what's even better is the remix "Don't Wanna Lose This Groove" which sees Dannii mixed with Madonna's "Get Into The Groove". Madonna rarely gives permission for her tracks to be sampled but was alegedy so thrilled with this track that she allowed its release. When you hear it you will understand why.

- Style and Groove Run In This Family!
First off, being a Kylie Minogue fan, I HAD to check this out. After all, this is her younger sis. What can I say? This is a definite club anthem!!! On its own "Don't Wanna Lose This Feeling" has all the markings of a perfect club anthem. Hooks that pull you in and a beat that demands that you start to move and groove to the beat. Dannii has delivered one delicious track!!
From the intro, you know this is a serious dance track. Vocally, Dannii gives this song the bite and punch needed to keep the attitude of spunk and funk!! But, it doesn't stop there. It gets even better.
Melding Madonna's classic, "Into The Groove" into "Don't Wanna Lose This Groove" is what launches it into high gear!! This is one mastermind of a song. "Feeling" is already a stellar track but, to blend in Madonna's anthem is purely BRILLIANT and, IT WORKS PERFECTLY!!!
These two tracks are a definite must to add to any DJ stash!

I would have to say, that this song is kind of competivite to kylie minogues work. Although it's kind of retro-disco, it can sure enough be something to buy. If you like Cher- I think you'll like this. HOllA |
