- Sonny side indeed

Cher is at her folkish best in these original Imperial recordings.

Featured here is her winning version of "All I really want to do",The moody epic "Bang Bang"(Sonny Bono),as well as the Ray Davies great," I go to sleep"and done Magnificently(pre-Pretenders)by Cher.

"Where do you go a 65 mild hit is simply heart-wrenching,as her under-stated version of "Time".

Her first single "Dream Baby" is here in all it's Bono-Spector grandeur.Cher's cover of "The Bells of Rhymney is simply the earthy best!!

This is the Cher that was innocent and heart-felt,and if you love the 60's girl. This re-release is essential!

I love it!!

- Best found at thrift stores

I found this record for my friend at a thrift store for only 25 cents! I originally was planning to cut it up and turn it into a book cover. However, I recently came across a record player (another one of my cheap finds, try FREE.99) and listed to this album. If you can find a really nice copy of this vinyl, I recomment that you get it because it is a shame to hear "wobbly" versions of these songs.

The first track is "Bang, Bang" which is most recently popularized because of the movie Kill Bill. The Cher version is much better. It also features other familiar songs such as the "Girl from Impanema" and "Like a Rolling Stone". This is a great album for Cher fans, and non Cher fans (like me) alike. It might even turn you non Cher people into fans!
