Disco de Britney Spears: “...Baby One More Time [US CD Single]”

When "...Baby One More Time" was released, I was surprised that it was such a great hit. I only thought that Britney was a one-hit wonder. The success of song is from her video and her unique style which was appealing to teens. Later singles like "Sometimes" (a heartful song) and "(You Drive Me) Crazy" (better if the radio version was put in the album) insured her true place in the top of the pop charts. Other songs on the CD are also great like the painful "From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart" which is way emotional and is my favorite cut. Another cool track is "Born To Make You Happy" which is just as great! (Albums released here in the Philippines and Asia are fantastic, isn't it? They sometimes contain bonus tracks or are repackaged as special editions!) The US version of the cool debut album does not contain the three tracks found in this version. But this album, like the US counterpart, is an enhanced CD. "Deep In My Heart" is included as a regular album track, but "I'll Never Stop Loving You" and "...Baby One More Time (Davidson Ospina Radio Mix)" are labeled as bonus tracks. Anywayz, it's a great buy!

THe cd is cool it has realy good tracks and the extra songs are great

Britney Spears never was the same she was when she released her debut album "...baby one more time".

I have to say that I wasn't a huge fan at that time, but this album has a lot of different meanings for me.

First of all, my hole teenage in high school was determined by Britney, specially when I first danced in a competition (by that time was (U Drive ME) Crazy).

From now on, I started to love her and adorship her for so many reasons.

First Kiss, First Shag, First slow dance, First Fight and First Break-Up.

From ...baby one more time to 3, Britney has been such a great influence in my life.

This is one of her greatest album released so far.

The must-have of any Britney or pop collection starts with this!

That's what it is. Nothing more and nothing less. It's a typical Teenstar Debutalbum. She doesn't really know what she's doing here. The lyrics are often stupid and cheesy and the songs not so well witten as on her later albums. But it's still fun listening to if her voice wasn't so extremely bad.

...BABY ONE MORE TIME: Her Debutsingle was worldwide #1. Great song.

CRAZY: The albumversion is more Teenie-Pop than the singleversion but it's still good.

SOMETIMES: Romantic mid-Tempo song. Well done.

SODA POP: That's too cheesy. Is she trying to do some raggae here or what?

BORN TO MAKE YOU HaPPY: I really like this song. It has something. Nice tune.

FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY BROKEN HEART: Britney can't sing ballads like this. It's bad.

I WILL BE THERE: Another sweet popsong. It sounds like "As long as you love me" by BSB.

I WILL STILL LOVE YOU: The duet with Don Philip is quite good although it's a little bit strange when two teenagers sing about loving somebody til the end of their lives.

DEEP IN MY HEART: This Bonustrack is a good Dancesong. I like it.

THINKING ABOUT YOU: This song is unimaginative. "I spend my days with you. I spend my nights thinkin' about you..."

E-MAIL MY HEART: However that may work. A boring ballad.

THE BeAT GOES ON: Very bad Sonny and Cher - Cover.

I'LL NEVER STOP LOVING YOU: Oh, that's so romantic :-) It's not Cher's song but one of her really good ballads.

...BABY ONE MORE TIME: (David Ospina Radio mix): It's a clubmix that is also on the BOMT-Single.

britney spears has made a great debut with bomt inside the booklet you will find the same pictures,the same poster,BUT the liner notes are spread out diffrently!

this cd also has a great cover with a white backdrop and britney she has a PRAY soybol kinda!

the back is the same with the pinkish backdrop and more tracks !
