Aqua Album: “Aqua Mania Remix”

I'm a huuuge Aqua-fan, and I love all their songs, and I've always been wondering what they would sound like if they got remixed. Well, I got the answer by buying this CD. There are very many good remixes, but I miss the verse on very many songs. The Perky Park Club Mix of "Barbie Girl" is good, but where is the rest of the song? I can only hear the refrain! Some of the other remixes are like this too, but my favourite remix is the Metro Scuba Club Mix of "Turn Back Time". This fine ballad has been remixed into a catchy dance tune! The CD-ROM-videos are also very good. The "Barbie Girl"-video is my favourite!

This is an excellent choice for any Aqua fan! ..if you enjoy good up-beat damce music this cd is for you! DJ's have taken Aquas creative music and transformed them into music that you can't sit down to! ...great for parties, and DJs...also includes the prevoiusly unrealesed track "Didn't I"...an excellent song...very catchy....this cd is certainly well worth your money!

3. My Oh My [Spyke/Clyde 'N' Eightball Club Mix] (5/5) I would say it's my fovourite Aqua song.

4. My Oh My [Disco 70' Mix] (4/5) Cool song, not much to say.

5. Barbie Girl [Perky Park Club Mix] (3/5) Okay song, very typical remix

6. Doctor Jones [Metro 7" Edit] (4/5) Typical remix, good though.

7. Doctor Jones [Antiloop Club Mix] (3/5) Don't like the begging part, rest of the song is good

8. Lollipop [Candyman][Extended Version] (2/5) Don't like the idea of "Extended versios" especially this one.

9. Lollipop [Candyman][Antiloop Club Mix] (5/5) Cool tune, especially because i like Antiloop in general.

10. Turn Back Time [Love to Infinity Classic Radio Mix] (4/5) Good remix.

11. Turn Back Time [Metro Cuba Club Mix] (2/5) bad remix.

12. Didn't I (5/5) Very Aqua style, good tune

Aqua remixes are awesome. Some of the remixes are better than the actual songs. After listening to this CD, you will want to get up and dance to the cool techno-ish beat. This is REALLY worth the high price of an import. Any Aqua fan should definetly buy this CD! Take my advice! A++++
