- Amber The Queen Of The Dance Floor!
The other day I was at a mall here in Tennessee and was just shopping around and than I came across this cd.I love it the Thunderpuss team are the best remixers in club music to bad they won't be working together any more. But they did do a good job on this song Amber has such a sweet voice and the music really shows that.Well everybody I will let you go now take care and God bless!

- Top erotic pulsating dance hit
Amber's follow up to Yes is another brilliant track with a great dance vibe. The song has obvious strong sexual overtones making it perfect for an intense work out on the dance floor. It's definitely one of my favorites from 2002. If you like Yes, Veronica's Release me and I'm in love and Wide Life's I don't want u, I suggest you give this one a listen too. Too bad the big radio stations keep ignoring this kind of music - the NY dance industry could use some radio support.

- Amber and Thunderpuss!
In 1999, Amber and Thunderpuss were responsible for the signature club anthem "Sexual," an energetic, discocentric single remixed by Chris Cox and Barry Harris. Amber and Thunderpuss reunite for "The Need to Be Naked," and although it doesn't quite match the heights of "Sexual," it's still a winning remix. The spunk and verve these guys inject into this song underscores the sensuality of the rather steamy lyrics. It's hard to say "no," to this single. After "Above the Clouds," and "Yes," Amber appears to be on a roll. "The Need to Be Naked" further develops Amber's status as one of the most consistent singers in dance music.

- Amber's fifth number one dance single.
Following the former number ones "Sexual","Above The Clouds","Love One Another" and her last single "Yes" comes Amber's fifth number one club track "The Need to Be Naked".This cd features 3 full mixes with 2 radio mixes for an excellent cd single. Track one is the original radio edit(3:50) and sounds like the bassline from "Relax" from Frankie Goes To Hollywood was used here. The Thunderpuss mixes are next. Track 2 and 3 are the Thunderpuss Radio edit(4:00) and Stripped Mix(8:47) and are quite good and very much like a Thunderpuss Mix should be. For me the Thunderpuss Tribapella mix(6:04) is my favorite because it is more percussive and more of the background vocals are pushed upwards to a greater effect then the Stripped Mix has. Track 5 is the Guido Osorio's Virgin Mix(9:11)and is the BIG room mix of the cd. Very much to me bigger and loopier keyboard effects and overall production add to a really great mix and year for Mr.Osorio who in 2002 has finally come into his own as a remixer.
- Excellent Song
Eventhough this single has less number of reviews than Sexual, I like it a little better. It has a little more sexual connotation than Sexual, not that it lacks any. There are subtle differences among the mixes but I like thunderpuss stripped mix the best, because it's 8:45 minutes long (I removed silence when ripped with nero) and it's a very high energy club dance song, even more than Sexual. The only thing is that when they mastered it in the studio, they raised the bass level a little high and sometimes cause clipping. If you have Sound Forge or some other audio editing program, it wouldn't be a bad idea to play around with it.
